We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally (outside of Pakistan). For orders within Pakistan, we offer a 4-day exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note, we will not accept items for exchange that are returned without a prior exchange request.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES



Upon receiving your order, please examine it right away. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the incorrect item, reach out to us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and take steps to resolve the issue promptly.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS



We're unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.


EXCHANGES



To get the item you prefer, you should return the one you currently have. After we acknowledge the return, you can proceed with a new order for the item you want. Please send the original item back to our warehouse.

After sending the item back, share a photo of the receipt with us. Then, you may choose another item of similar value, provided the size you want isn't available for the same design. Should you opt for the same item but need a size that is currently not in stock and requires a custom order, a charge of Rs. 1000 will be added. Please note, we do not exchange sizes 4, 5, or 12, 13, nor any customised items (like khussa chapals).

Remember, we do not accept returns shipped via Pakistan Post.
