PAKISTAN

After placing an order within Pakistan, delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen. For Standard Shipping, expect your order to arrive in 10-15 business days. If you select Express Shipping, your order should reach you within3-5 business days. Products that are ready to ship will be delivered to you within2-3 business days.

EXCEPTIONS WITHIN PAKISTAN

Although we partner with one of Pakistan's largest courier services, their delivery reach does have limitations. If your shipping address falls outside their service area, we'll reach out to explore alternative delivery methods if possible. Be aware that delivery times can be affected by adverse weather conditions, pandemics, and during festival periods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside of Pakistan, after placing your order, kindly email us at comelysteps@gmail.com. Our representative will assist you with details on the delivery procedure and applicable fees.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally (outside of Pakistan). For orders within Pakistan, we offer a 4-day exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at comelysteps@gmail.com.If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note, we will not accept items for exchange that are returned without a prior exchange request.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please examine it right away. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the incorrect item, reach out to us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and take steps to resolve the issue promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We're unable to accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

To get the item you prefer, you should return the one you currently have. After we acknowledge the return, you can proceed with a new order for the item you want. Please send the original item back to our warehouse. After sending the item back, share a photo of the receipt with us. Then, you may choose another item of similar value, provided the size you want isn't available for the same design. Should you opt for the same item but need a size that is currently not in stock and requires a custom order, a charge of Rs. 1000 will be added. Please note, we do not exchange sizes 4, 5, or 12, 13, nor any customised items (like khussa chapals).Remember, we do not accept returns shipped via Pakistan Post.
